Change of mind is not a valid return or cancelation excuse. This includes, but is not limited to the following

– Unwanted items (change of mind upon receipt of undamaged product, or after transaction processed)

– Wrong size or colour (please ensure you check product descriptions before making a purchase) 

– Items purchased as gifts 

If you would like to cancel an order before an item has been fulfilled or shipped, please initiate this request by emailing us at [email protected]. If refund is approved by the returns team, there may be a processing fee included. This fee helps cover the costs associated with order processing and restocking. The fee amount will be communicated to you upon request of cancellation. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
